The preorders charts lately just feel really out of whack. Not sure where the numbers are coming from, but their accuracy seems lower.

Quite good for Pokemon though! Considering the legs on them, they should do quite well in the long run, especially with the holidays coming up.

Again... DS did ~130k (31k per week) last NPD (and the last, and the last). Now, with a million seller week - it's on track to do 52k (13k per week) here. Like Alan Moore once said, "fearful symmetry".
