Unknown with Jim Caviezel is a great movie. JCVD will have you guessing as to wtf is going on.

JCVD WAS BRILLIANT!!!! I absolutely L-O-V-E-D it!

The 120 days of sodem is very good, although they are all trapped in a large property, rather than just a room. Just don't watch it with anybody, especially your family/partner.

Oh and just thought of a more relevant one, the steam experiment, I thought it was decent enough.

Pandorum is kinda like that, although the room turns out to be quite big

I quite liked Lifepod when I saw it a long time ago.
It's about a group of 8 people stuck in an escape pod in space after their ship explodes. Apparently it's a remake of Alfred Hitchcock's 1944 Lifeboat. Not a very good one according to IMDB, still it's one of the more enjoyable made for tv b-movies imo.

Cube zero is worth looking for. It was better then Cube 2.

Das Experiment sorta fits your theme, well worth watching.
