Yes...this annoys me. People who know nothing about smartphones will watch this ad and think 'the s3 is miles better than the iPhone 5!!'...

My prediction threads:
Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)
PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)
Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right

Meh. Its almost the exact same ad they made for the Galaxy S2 when the iPhone 4 was released. It was the truth back then and that made the ad awesome ! But now not so much.
The problem i have with this ad is that its simply not true. Where the S2 was undeniably better than the iPhone 4 (features wise not taking into account personal preference obviously, also not talking about iPhone 4S).
The S3 is not on par with the iPhone 5 and this is coming from an android fan and a current owner of a S2.

halil23 said: See, you're wrong again! Android phones gives you the options, if you don't want to customize then it fine, no one forcing you! And the default OS is simple, practical and fast too!! Ever checked out HTC One X or S, Samsung GS3 or Note, Sony Xperia S or T. (notice something here? choices! If you don't like the camera quality or screen/phone sides or weight or buttons layouts, well tough luck apple not giving you that!) |
No I'm not wrong... you just can't accept a lot of people thinks the iOS is better than Android.
I already had a Galasy SII (bad decision) and my closed friend have a Galaxy SIII... I don't like Android because it isn't simple, the UI is just bad... when you use the iPhone or some the WP7 the end-user experience is fantastic like you thinking "wow this is like how every phone may work".
The Android is a bad ideia... the UI is boring and incomprehensible some times... you need to config everything and alway go to google to find how to do things... the UI is not intuitive.
If you can't acceept that I can't do nothing about... me and a lot of other guys that used Android have the same opinion.
Everything you need works fantastic in iOS and I don't need more than that.

I'll tell you if you explain this:
"Also I'll never buy products from companies that are owned by secret and corrupted organization/crimes. But I'm not gonna get into that because sadly you won't understand... (Reason why I also hate m$)"

Care to explain what is inaccurate or why the video is bullshit?
I think its a great video! And when it comes to putting a ding in apple, advertising is the way to do it!

Yeah, the part where they troll the iPhone 5's headphone jack being at the bottom of the phone... It doesn't take a genius to realise that when the phone is in your pocket with the headphone jack facing up (with the cord conveniently and naturally coming out of your pocket without bending), when you grab the phone to take it out, it's actually facing the right way once you've taken it out.
But sure, people can blind themselves and believe it's not misleading.

What was misleading about it? they did not deny that the headphone jack was on the bottom, they just portrayed it as not an awesome feature and not a reason to release a new phone. wher is the head phone jack on the s3? I like the ad because it reminds me so much of apple ads.
