Looks like it might not hit 5 million after all. Could still scrape to two million though on the back of the PS3 selling 115 million consoles to become this gens winner.

Looks like it will have a hard time getting to 1 million. Needs to be heavily bundled ASAP if it ever wants to get even close to five million.

This has got to be one of the top 10 worst predictions ever.

The only ones worse than this that come to mind are gilgamesh's one about PSASBR outselling SSBB and Trollwhisperers one about Resident Evil 6 selling 10m

This game was not given the treatment it should have gotten, needed better development and Playstation mascots are not as popular as Nintendo ones are. It was also a strange mix of characters (two bald infamous guys?). If they ever make a sequel (I think they are, despite the sales) it needs more characters, more variety, more fan service, more work on the style of the game and better marketing.

I don't see this game cracking 1 million for the Vita, unless it gets bundled.

The PS3 game might crack 2 million if the DLC is good, and if it gets a price drop to ~$40. I doubt people will buy this game at a full $60. They should also continue to market this game, and sponsor tournaments across the world. A PS3 bundle also wouldn't hurt. Right now this looks like another slow burner unless Sony can turn things around.
