Looks pretty standard. The changing emblems and tags achievements are pretty lame though... unless they make it really hard to change things on the spartan id lol.

Well, whatever game you play on Xbox is not considered relevant on this site, either they're not true exclusives, arcade/indy, kinect, multi or part of the usual Halo/Fable/Forza/Gears. It's hard to hold a discussion in these terms... thank god Insanity is here, I would've been gone a long time ago.

about the achievements you posted for reach, wasn't the stockpile achievement for a dlc? not sure about that i may be wrong. and the "doublekill out of the grave", i think that's a boosting or luck achievement and not needed (sure you can plan it but blahh...). achievements you get with luck are not better in my opinion than easy ones but i would like to see something which really needs skill and something like "don't leave 25 games in a row" or so. yes sometimes your team is horrible and your ratio will suck in these games but you still have to live with that, it's not as if you would leave playing against a horrible team, no, the people love to get a high ratio then lol.
