XIII-2 is the first FF game with a to be continued ending so this was bound to happen. Square probably had the idea for story sequels for XIII from the start, sales were kind of a sure thing.

A Noel & Lighting playable duo would be great but Motomu Toriyama is a great director so I don't really worry anyway.

Mildly hyped.

It's my fav game this year with sleeping dogs and rayman. But if they undo that main plotpoint, I'll be sad panda.

I still regret not buying the FF XIII collector's edition, FF XIII-2's CE was great especially the 3D print.

I will most likely go for a CE for this one too.

And this is what I love about Square Enix at the moment, they could not possibly care less about what whinny people shout about on the interwebz.

Umm I really liked Final Fantasy XIII-2, but Square must have really effed up if the Japanes sales of the game are higher than both the PS3 and 360 NA sales combined... I mean the sales in Japan haven't outsold the NA for a while...

I'm actually putting together a lengthy article explaining each and every reason Final Fantasy XIII sucked...and not just "Baww, corridors", I'm talking actual developmental issues and gameplay features that the game had that kind of went against anything that was good in the series.
