Metacritic score wont change the impression that was left upon the gamers who actually purchased X-2 such as myself nor does it mean the game is absolute best thing in the world.

Have you played it recently?

I hated it till I played it a few months ago, found it much more fun. I think when it released like a century ago it was just too shocking...the direction it took & stuff.

It's my fav game this year with sleeping dogs and rayman. But if they undo that main plotpoint, I'll be sad panda.
