Sorry, it's my fault that this rule exists as I made a thread complaining about all the topless avatars because my gf saw a scantily clad man on my iPad screen.

Really i'd moderate you more for your signature then your picture.

Though no it's not unfair, it's in the forum rules.

"Work safe content. Some suggestive content is allowed, within limits, but it must be clearly marked before the image appears. This means that if it’s in a topic, it needs to be marked in the thread title. If it’s in a post, it needs to be marked with space before the image. We aren’t trying to stop you from having fun, but people of all ages view this site, as well as people at work, so please keep your content appropriate and clearly marked. Pornographic content is never allowed. All judgments on work safe content will be at the discretion of the moderator."

THis is not porn, not even playboy. people of all ages go to beach's and guess what?  Girls where thongs and many things. this has got to be a joke. I see a lot more revealing stuff then this.

If you want to see porn. LOOK UP PORN. it's not that hard. however this is not porn, nor considered porn.

Here's the thread: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=141171

Shortly after I made the thread Machina cracked down on topless avatars, and the rest, as they say, is history.

I think you've misunderstood something. That passage isn't saying that ONLY porn will be removed, just that pornography will ALWAYS be removed.

Personally, I have no problem with them asking you to change it. If those are the rules, then those are the rules. It's definitely borderline, mostly because the bathing suit seems to be the process of being removed. Hard to see why you'd be upset about it, anyway. Just keep the image on your computer and look at it when you want? And, yeah, with that signature, I get the feeling you're doing some kind of purposeful trolling.

Umm... I think it is kind of taking it a little too far. Having girls in your avatar is fine (as I've done it) but this is... not?

I would definitely say she qualifies. Even if you were to find a picture with a bikini that had a bit more coverage, like, say, this

As it is, yeah, a bit over the line.
