I'm confused.

Is this SFW?

Hmm, yes. As a Man's nipple's have been considered different than a Woman's.

Actually, the guys who had all the topless male avatars had to change their avatars so no. It's not. >:/

@ OP

One of the reasons that your avatar is NSFW is not just because of work but because it is sexualized and those of us who don't browse the site in a more private location, may subject their children, coworkers, significant others, or parents to images that would be difficult to explain.

Second, nobody officially warned you, they gave you a warning in a PM most likely to avoid actually issuing out a warning. If you'd like, I can issue out the warning for your sig and avatar though if you don't change them. o.~

This rule shouldn't make someone soooo mad that they would want to leave, that would be kind of sad.

Really i'd moderate you more for your signature then your picture.

Though no it's not unfair, it's in the forum rules.

"Work safe content. Some suggestive content is allowed, within limits, but it must be clearly marked before the image appears. This means that if it’s in a topic, it needs to be marked in the thread title. If it’s in a post, it needs to be marked with space before the image. We aren’t trying to stop you from having fun, but people of all ages view this site, as well as people at work, so please keep your content appropriate and clearly marked. Pornographic content is never allowed. All judgments on work safe content will be at the discretion of the moderator."

THis is not porn, not even playboy. people of all ages go to beach's and guess what?  Girls where thongs and many things. this has got to be a joke. I see a lot more revealing stuff then this.

If you want to see porn. LOOK UP PORN. it's not that hard. however this is not porn, nor considered porn.

It says pronographic content is never aloud.

Therefore when it says "some suggestive content is allowed" it means something LESS suggestive then porn.

If I wanted to look at that, I would go to a different site.

SO is this a unfair moderation? So is my avatar overly sexualised? Sorry but I really don't think so.

You have an almost nude female as your avatar and a female having hands placed on her breast as your sig and you have to ask the question?

If my boss was to walk past me with this page open I would be most likely suspended, if my kid walked up behind me with this page open I would have allot of explaining to do.

Your avatar and sig are NSFW, no need to make a thread, it's common sense, so change both now and have a nice day.
