Please don't tell me you just fell into the same pit as NintendoPie?

Possibly, if you were kidding. In my defense, you and I have never really talked before.

Yeah I did it for the sake of unpredictability... yeah. Nah, I took what you wrote as storylines for the 3D Mario games which I don't play cuz I never liked. But if it all comes down to that, then you yourself can attest. :)
Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

Those were the plots to Super Mario Bros., Mario Galaxy, I'm not sure, Super Mario Bros. 3, and Mario Galaxy 2, respectively

Kind of makes it seem you think I have an agenda to change people's mind when in fact I don't give a damn what other gamers like or not. But I have the freedom to critize stuff, specially games people try to regard as flawless when they are far from it. It is simple, they can give Mario another reason to get to the last level but they don't come up with anything. Koopa kidnapps the Princess. That is all, that is laziness and lack of creativity. It seems like you made an attempt to ridicule complex storylines there, it seems. |
You do have the freedom to criticize, but not to completely derail a thread.
Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

You did not just take my comment seriously? |
Yes I did!
It could've been a really good arguement.

The enjoyment is found in the excellent level design and how we choose to explore it. Of course, there are games who use both ways of encouraging us to play through them *coughHalocaugh*, but unlike Mario they are dependent on a deep story. Add too much story to Mario and we would have a new Super Mario Sunshine. (I know you like that particular title a lot, but evidently the masses didn't) :P |
I LOVE SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE!!!!!!!!!!!
...Sorry for that...
