I'm afraid I don't see the plot holes there.  I see people who have tried to create plot holes because they have to see problems in everything.
But maybe you could be more specific about these "problems" and then we can all have a better understanding of your "problem".

Specific enough for ya?

"15 Things That Bothered Us About 'The Dark Knight Rises,'"

"11 Things That Didn't Work in 'The Dark Knight Rises'"

"9 Logical Gripes With 'The Dark Knight Rises'"

"12 Questions We Had After Watching 'The Dark Knight Rises'"

"'The Dark Knight Rises': 7 Lingering Questions"

"'The Dark Knight Rises': 5 Unanswered Questions."

I enjoyed the movie a lot--it's my favorite movie of the year.  It's got some issues, though.

Major plot holes
High pitch/hard to hear bane voice
Banes death scene
Cliche ending
pointless inclusion of cat woman

TDK and Avengers was better than TDKR

1.Plot holes?

The entrance of the prison, when they bomb the basement where they had Bruce's stuff, when Catwoman shoots at the exit of Gotham.

I'm afraid I don't see the plot holes there.  I see people who have tried to create plot holes because they have to see problems in everything.

Well, my biggest gripe with the plot is the entire motivation of the bad guys, headed by Talia. They have the exact same motivation than Raz al Ghul did in the first movie, which can be described by "Blow Gotham up because it's such a shithole". You can understand that motivation for the first movie, since there Gotham is depicted as a pretty dirty and violent place. With the third movie however, it's very clear at the beginning that Gotham has changed for the better after some new laws have passed. Everything's clean and the police doesn't have anything to do since there's barely any crime. That motivation which held up for first movie has thus been completely invalidated. "I'm gonna blow Gotham up because of all the crime!" - "But there isn't any crime." - "Well, uh... I'm gonna blow it up anyway." Yea, makes total sense.

Outside of "How did Bruce Wayne return to Gothem" the vast majority of those complaints are of the form "I would have done it another way" which (really) isn't a plot hole ...

The point wasn't to blow up Gothem because it was a sh*t hole, their goal was to blow up Gothem to complete Raz Al Ghul's legacy and to avenge his death.

Actually the movie does a good job of showing the corruption of the very people.  Crime comes in many forms and indulgence by the rich leaving nothing to the working poor can be seen too many as crime.  One of my favorite lines from the movie was bane talking to the Stock broker as they were breaking into the stock exchange.

Stock Broker :There's no money to steal from here this is just a stock exchange.

Bain: then what are you doing here?

I think the League of shadows was the perfect fit for the movie to bring everything back to where it started.

I think you just proved my point....the links you provided are the very people who can't help but see problems in everything, to them nothing is perfect...so it has to be a problem.  I enjoyed the movie as I'm sure you did too, those that get wrapped up in wanting answers to every little thing never find the time to enjoy anything.  Did you really have that big of a problem with Bane knowing that Batman's weapons were stored at Wayne enterprises?  I know I didn't, I'm able to look past things to focus on the big picture, afterall there is whole forrest behind that tree.

I saw a lot of problems because they just jumped out at me. I wasn't looking for them but I wasn't going to just accept everything, either.   I came up with my own solutions for many of them.  I just assumed that the guy that figured out Batman's identity in The Dark Knight (Mr. Reese) told Bane and company what was going on.  It's plausable, right?

But some of them just made me say WTF?  I didn't go into the movie looking for problems and I actually defend the movie quite a bit when I'm not online.  I say it's more about the emotion and the themes.  I just wish that Nolan had attempted to make things......make sense.

i think it's interesting that nobody yet mentioned the daytime/nighttime ed woodish mistake

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

I posted the Batman quote "They know.....THEY JUST DON'T CARE" quote on youtube but it was copyright infringement.  Just assume I posted that video here.
