Having seen the movie just a few hours ago, I completely agree with the OP. I have nothing more to add on top of what pezus said, regarding the movie's quality.
@ The people that like this over TASM and The Avengers : Are you serious ?Let me guess, the transformers movies must be somewhere in your top 10 or so.
Sorry , I'm aware that people are entitled to have their own opinion..but that's just plain .. disappointing. Go see more movies.Build up some true taste.

Oh you're perfectly correct! People who enjoyed TASM and The Avengers have short attention span and have terrible taste in movies.

Not sure if you've seen TASM, but it only has like ten minutes of action, maybe less. Personally, I thought it had way better character development, a decent story that nicely shows the hardships/struggles of Peter Parker and an engaging relationship between Gwen & Peter. I don't think anyone expected anything serious from The Avengers; it perfectly did what it aimed at doing. TDKR had a couple of pacing issues, lots of stuff going on, a few plot-holes and underdeveloped characters + relationship. The script definitely needed a clean-up, especially in the first act. It dragged.

Major plot holes
High pitch/hard to hear bane voice
Banes death scene
Cliche ending
pointless inclusion of cat woman

TDK and Avengers was better than TDKR

1.Plot holes?

The entrance of the prison, when they bomb the basement where they had Bruce's stuff, when Catwoman shoots at the exit of Gotham.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

Actually, whoever didn't like TDKR has my permission to die.The world would clearly be a better place without you bastards.

Lol!  That was perfect!

I liked TDKR, but in the end I liked TDK even more. The portrayal of Bane was ok, but I think they could've done more with him. Part of the problem is the mask. While it does look cool, the problem is that you can't see the actor's performance. Being able to see Bane's face and emotions would've made him more interesting and possibly more threatening. In the animated series you could see his face, but unfortunately there his role is reduced to some grunt. Also the fact that he's a mastermind (supposedly better than Batman) didn't really shine through. While he does have an intricate scheme for Gotham, all he does with Batman is just punch him and I would've preferred if he outwitted Batman more. There's also a few plotholes and while I do like the portrayal of Catwoman, she didn't really do anything significant after luring Batman to Bane. After that, all she does is say "I won't help you anymore" and then helping Batman anyway, making her motivation less ambiguous than it should be.

I'm afraid I don't see the plot holes there.  I see people who have tried to create plot holes because they have to see problems in everything.
But maybe you could be more specific about these "problems" and then we can all have a better understanding of your "problem".
