That's not a fair comparison. The SNES to PSX/N64 era was huge either way since there was an addition of a new dimention. But even then, FF6 and FF7, apart from some shitty polygons (which were horrible, your memory must be shot), were VERY similar experiences. Evene some would go as far to say that FF6 was more detailed in graphics than FF7, since 7 used weak polygon graphics. I remember cause I was there ;) Rather, FFVII completely proves my point that less is more. Since they had less to focus on graphical detail, FFVII gave us one of the deepest Final Fantasy experiences we've ever had. Actually, very much proves my point.

Marginal, u mad? In that case what the hell is MH Protable 3rd? It has inferior graphis to MH4, and has the same amount of analog sticks. Yet it was insanely popular. Dude, you lost me at marginal ^. Goes to show? Com'on now.

Agree to disagree. You know why I disagree, and agree I never will. Especially when the two platforms in competition are so similar in power, it doesn't even make sense that the weakness of one would be so bad to offset the creative liberties granted by the graphical inferiority. I'm dropping this one cause you just won't get it and will blame me for justifying, when I'm actually making a valid point.
Still you gotta admit this is kind of dick move on capcoms part. I know a bunch of ppl that solely bought a psp and a vita (for the future prospect) for monster hunter. Why in the holy hell are they making it exclusive to the 3ds only? That should piss more ppl off! Now ppl have to go out and buy another system just to play one game! You know ppl have lives besides video games, bills, children, wives, lets not try and make these ppl sound like they arent real games cause they dont want to buy 4000 different consoles just to play their favorite game series. It is effed up that its not coming to vita cause it started on psp, there are loads of ppl who bought a vita for monster hunter, and the handheld is really hurting now. Seriously capcom could have single handedly saved the vita, what a bunch of douches for not making it multiplat.

It's one thing to plead, it's another to reject. I pleaded that FF and Megaman come on Nintendo plats. I ended up compromising for one and rejecting for the other, and it was a big mistake.
If they were real fans, they would get a PSP, sorry. (Assuming they had the money for it of course)
According to OP....... Not my fav console = Console I do not have it.
So, if I dont have that console why would I buy a game that only works with that console??

To be fair that's not supposed to be Capcom's job, as a third party company they don't care if a console they didn't make is failing, they won't take the risk if a game fails, because even if it is a Monster Hunter game there might be the small possibility that the game doesn't make the expectations of people. Making the Vita sales is Sony's job, either making a game of their own or invest in another one.
