That's not a fair comparison. The SNES to PSX/N64 era was huge either way since there was an addition of a new dimention. But even then, FF6 and FF7, apart from some shitty polygons (which were horrible, your memory must be shot), were VERY similar experiences. Evene some would go as far to say that FF6 was more detailed in graphics than FF7, since 7 used weak polygon graphics. I remember cause I was there ;) Rather, FFVII completely proves my point that less is more. Since they had less to focus on graphical detail, FFVII gave us one of the deepest Final Fantasy experiences we've ever had. Actually, very much proves my point.

Marginal, u mad? In that case what the hell is MH Protable 3rd? It has inferior graphis to MH4, and has the same amount of analog sticks. Yet it was insanely popular. Dude, you lost me at marginal ^. Goes to show? Com'on now.

Agree to disagree. You know why I disagree, and agree I never will. Especially when the two platforms in competition are so similar in power, it doesn't even make sense that the weakness of one would be so bad to offset the creative liberties granted by the graphical inferiority. I'm dropping this one cause you just won't get it and will blame me for justifying, when I'm actually making a valid point.
