Pretty much im asking you all's opinion on what games i should buy that are currently out. I like shooters and RPG's and will take suggestions for games on the 3DS, PS3, and 360. Also i have Skyrim, MW3, all the Halo's etc.. so try to avoid suggesting high profile games because i most likely already have them.
If you dont have Yakuza 3 ... get it.
If you haven't play it yet you should check out The Chronicles of Ridick. Transformers War For Cybertron is damn good. Tomb Raider: Legend, Anniversary, and Underworld are all fantastic. Splinter Cell Conviction is stellar. Quake 4 is decent, but you might want to just wait and play Doom 3 BFG edition. Perfect Dark HD on XBLA is just as good as it was on the N64 and with better controls and graphics. You might also want to check out Vanquish, it's extremely underrated, as well as Binary Domain. Lost Planet is pretty good too.
Majin and the Forasaken Kingdom is not a shooter, but it's very good. Enslaved is really good too, but very short so don't pay more than $10. If you like racing games check out Pure, even if you've never considered a ATV racer before.

5. Resident Evil VII
You do have a Ps3 right? Buy Demon's Souls and Dark Souls and you won't need anything else.
On 3DS (of course Kart and Super Mario are mandatory) , Starfox 64 if you haven't played the original, Resident Evil Revelations, wait for Paper Mario.

- Perfect Dark Zero (may seem very cheap in design due to being a launch title, but the zombie mode is unmatched. Also has some nostalgic connections with Goldeneye)
- F.E.A.R. 2 (not much replay value, but the first playthrough is an exceptional experience)
- Quake IV
- Quake Wars: Enemy Territory
^Excellent multiplayer!
I don't know, if you count Kid Icarus:Uprising as a shooter, it is not a FPS, but you shoot a lot and it is an excellent game. 
A more classical shooting game for 3DS is Resident Evil: Revelations. Pretty good game.
