Ok, misread the OP. I thought those were the ones he didn't want suggestions for, so my bad.
For 3DS, go for OOT 3D
I would suggest to wait. Many great games coming out later this year.
I know that it's already been said, but I have to state that RE: Revelations is a great shooter on the 3DS. The single player game is great and the online Raid Mode is a lot of fun.

Pokemon Conquest actually looks pretty fun. I watched some Let's Plays of it on YouTube and it's practically a Fire Emblem with easier combat system and Pokemon Characters.
