@SSJ
Umm no, Wii and 360 both had a <50% drop from last week. While the PS3 had a >50% drop.

Meh, who cares. I guess this is a sales site, so pretty much everyone cares. :(
I'll get back to playing Mass Effect, the true game of the year.

they like to be contrary?
Yes, I think RocketPig called this last week.
I expect PS3/360 to run neck and neck for the next 3 months at the very least, and more likely until GTA4 is released. We'll see what type of effect that has -- some are expecting the PS3 to get a bigger boost, but I personally expect the 360 will get the bigger one.

Indeed. Why, only yesterday I dropped my cup of coffee! Never happens in chrismtas.
PS: I'm sorry, I'm bored...
Hmm, I think Sony is doing right with the new EU bundle coming out January 18.
Apparently they don't have Christmas later than everyone else, but their main gift buying spree is slightly later.
And no, most Europeans don't really know the customs of every single country all that well. Maybe people in neighbouring countries like Portugal and France, or if they've lived there for a while, but the plenthora of local customs is quite confusing for us Europeans as well.
Japan should also have something of a drop due to New Year being bigger than Christmas there. I wonder if that means the 360 might beat the PS3 this week.
