I thought this was pretty incredible to watch.

Ugh, I STILL can't get movies to embed, because I'm a retard. What am I doing wrong here? I'm choosing: insert/embed media, then copying the file URL from YouTube. Is that wrong somehow?

EDIT: Embeded by Stof. Don't you just love me?

Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

I watched it just for the end, Nintendomination!

it just goes to show that even in Nintendo's worst years, they really were still giving Sony a run for their money

the video would be better if the sound at least vaguely synced up with the video

if you can read this..... give me my account back dammit!!!!

Sony is winning, yuuuuuuup.

Think NDS saved Nintendo

Wow, that information suprised me. No wonder Sony launched the PSP!. So currently Nintendo owns more market share in Japan than Sony has ever held. I wonder what Sonys position in the market today would be if the gamecube was a success.

With the current success of the Wii and the DS, does it look like sony will have over 30% market share over the next 2 years?

                           Sony           Nintendo

  • 1996       35.8%            37.6%
  • 1997       65.1%            23.1%
  • 1998       68.2%            25.5%
  • 1999       62.5%            32.3%
  • 2000       55.0%            39.9%
  • 2001       55.0%            39.9%
  • 2002       59.7%            39%
  • 2003       58.1%            41.9%
  • 2004       59.6%            40.4%
  • 2005       54.7%            45.3%
  • 2006       29.8%            70.2%
  • 2007       23.3%            76.6%

My prediction -"if the Wii-Fit is a success, sonys market share in Japan for 2008 will be under 20%
