More than $20,000 14 22.95%

Well over 50k in 20 years. 1500 a year on games alone is probably low balling it.
Add in all consoles since the ps1, 5 gaming pcs over the years, 18-20k on a home theatre.

I might have bought a car before the age of 30 instead, and spend a lot more on partying.

Only 3 360's? That must be some sort of record. You must be one of the lucky ones.

N64 (150$)+16 games (60$ each) = 1100$
GC (200$)+ 20 games (40$ each)= 1000$
PS2 (100$)+ 5 games (30$ each) = 250$
Wii (150$)+ 2 games (50$ each) = 250$
GB pocket (100$)+ 6 games (30$ each) = 280$
GB advance SP (120)+ 4 games (30 each) = 240$
NDS lite 150$+ 5 games 40 $ each = 350$
3DS 250$+ 9 games 30$ each = 520$

more or less 4000$

Didn't mean to offend. Just banter. I like the 360 and they are well made now. I just don't own one anymore but lets clear this up, 360 is better online, I prefer PS3's exclusives, I had a PS3 ylod on me and Sony's support sucks, Microsofts support is fantastic.

See I said good and bad things about each console.

Way more then 40k. I use to spend a insane amount a year, I started budgeting around 6 years ago and now the most I spend is $1375 a year for the next few years. That doesn't include credit card points which I've spent on games here and there. I limit myself to 14 disc based games a year now as well.

It's just that simple.

I agree.

Nintendo is perfect though.  You can't kill a gamecube.  You can literally pick it with the handle hand smash your way through a riot.

Wasn't there a video where they stressed tested the consoles and the Gamecube was literally smashed in half, and it still frickin fired up. A WTF! moment.

Man I gotta be somewhere close to 5-6,000 all together in my 5-6 years of buying videogame related products (which is waaaay too much IMO)
