This guy thinks cause it isn't a stupid FPS and not for the 360 it can't reach high numbers.

This is a Blizzard Game and the Genre King FOR PC - Millions of people are waiting for this game for years now and start to turn crazy with every day we get closer to the 15th of May.
D3 will sell 10 Million or more life time and at least 5-7 Million this year.

Diablo 2 was on the NPD charts for 7+ years after release (or somethng crazy like that) so my guess is 10+ million life time.

analysts are a bunch of idiots. sry to say that but they are almost everytime wrong. i mean, even for whole quaterly numbers for companies like ford or so, i could do the same:

"hmm ok last numbers were like this, i read few days ago that ford isn't growing so fast anymore and i heard that this and that three weeks ago, i predict numbers of: xxx and if' i'm wrong like 15%, who cares". it's not like someone who has never done this before would be 300% off with his prediction.

Was this US only or WW. If it was US only it could go either way. If it was WW... well the prediction got raped. HARD

Blizzard has already sold more than 6M copies of D3 the first week.
