Europe's fault for being so dang hard to localize for. Still don't believe that you got Xenoblade before we did.

I actually like the European boxart more than US/JP. It's less clustered, but that is just my opinion.

Look at it on the bright side, we get the better Zelda box arts.

Thanks for contacting us. I first want to thank you for your active participation in Club Nintendo and your dedication to the Fire Emblem series over the years. Unfortunately, I cannot answer your question as to why your local retailers do not have stock of this game, as that has to do with the retailer and its distributor. What I can do is make sure the appropriate departments at Nintendo are aware of your situation and concerns. However, it's important to note that offering digital downloads of our games is simply a new option for fans to purchase the games they love -it's not meant to punish those who prefer to have the physical copies. Regardless of the method of purchase, we never like to hear when our fans have bad purchasing experiences.
In regard to the release and available stock of Fire Emblem: Awakening, I can confirm that stock was not withheld and it's not a limited print; while we do not have a shipping schedule to offer you, stock is still being shipped. However, Nintendo's release availability does not guarantee that any given retailer will have their stock ready. It's also important to note that retailer pre-orders are generally not associated with Nintendo of America; it's up to the retailer to decide how many pre-orders to offer versus how many products to offer on store shelves. I would suggest that you continue working with your local retailer to find out when they will have Fire Emblem: Awakening available for purchase.
Again, I want to assure you that your feedback will not go unheard. I sincerely hope that you're able to get your copy of Fire Emblem: Awakening soon and that you continue to enjoy our ever-expanding library of great games -however you chose to purchase them.
Sincerely,
Karen Johnson

Very interesting. It would appear as though this problem won't go away overnight, then.
Damn, just looked at how exp works after screwing up my reclassing (Grandmaster to Dark Flier). Wish this stuff were easier to find.

Also keep taking breaks from the game since I get frustrated whenever I mess up my perfect little plans. Still only 15 hours on my main save (I spent about 5 hours dying in Lunatic before giving up). Not unlike how I can't ever finish a Civ V game, ugh

Pretty much why Children are so much easier to use. Lvling them up doesn't take 50 times.

Paralogue 3 is tricky. Those villagers seem determined to get themselves killed, so you have to stay one step ahead of them.
Chrom is now married to Sully.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I expected above 200K, but surely they are reached with digital sales... it seemed to have been ridiculously undershipped. If a masterpiece like that can't boost 3DS what will? |
Yes, if a game in a series that has never sold a million worldwide can't boost 3DS sales, whatever can!?!
You're trying too hard. Scale it back a tad, it'll be funnier that way.
Anyhow, traditionally these games get easier as you go along, assuming you keep everyone alive and levelled. That...doesn't seem to be the case with Lunatic. It's been a blast; defense and mobility are far more important than they've ever been. I do wish though that there was some better indication of what/when/where enemy reinforcements would spawn...
| Paul said: The only flying unit I have left is a dark flyer. I turned one into the thing that looks like a war chicken and was happy when it died because it looked so ridiculous. I find the mobility of limited use since you can't move them outside the well guarded pack or they will die. |
They're support units, first and foremost. Pair them up with someone to grant their ally stat bonuses, and have them act as transport helicopters for your other, less mobile units. They're effective, and borderline necessary on Lunatic levels where strong enemy reinforcements are continually spawning around your location. Just don't count on them to be your main bruisers. Especially in this game, where longbows and wind magic are handed out like party favors and the Fili Shield is nowhere to be seen!
Wind magic is actually my big complaint about pegasusi in this game: if their use is supposed to be anti-mage, making it so most mages can also take them out with ease seems a little mean.

Rescue staffs are your bff's. And not just on that mission: thankfully they're sold at an early game shop, even though they're somewhat expensive. Can't imagine beating Lunatic without them...
