Are lax immigration policies fair to European natives? I've seen numerous videos and have read numerous articles about the declining population of native Europeans in combination with the increasing population of foreigners, particularly those from the Middle East. According to some sources such as the one below, the birth rate among native Europeans is so low that their population will be 80% less than what it is now. All the while, that of Middle Easterners will sharply increase to a point where they'll be the majority in most European countries. What do you think about this? I personally think that European nations should enact laws that limit immigration, and should enact policies that incentivise native Europeans to increase their birth rates. I don't have anything against Middle Easterners, but I think it's a shame when the existence of a particular group of people is at risk of coming to an end.

What do you people think? I love this community, so your opinions matter a lot to me.

ps, this is a serious thread, so i expect serious responses.

That and no time frame is given, so what the European population is going to drop by 80% in a year or a millenium?

Any "source" that claims the European population will decrease by 80% in anything under 300 years is talking BS, while any saying it to happen after a longer period of time can be masked by the unknown (ie who the hell knows what the World will be like in 100 years time)

If the "source" is actually talking any sense then I suspect fattydingdong mis-quoted, and it was actually "decrease TO 80%"... which is at least a feasible possibility.

America has survived two centuries of largely unregulated immigration and has, in fact, probably benefited. I fail to see how the "Islamization" of Europe differs from the influx of Irish Catholics in the 19th century.

America's entire history has been unregulated immigration actually...and it is easily her strongest trait...More Americans actually trace their ancestory to Germany, than England.

The best and the brighest from ALL cultures around the globe flock to America in droves.. Edisob was jewish, Tesla danish, and i could go on for days.

Europe on the other hand has stagnated, and by imposing further immigration laws they are just limiting their potential. Bright and creative people leave their Native European countries for America all the time and there is no one to replace them, talented immigrants dont want to live in europe.

Case in point: Einstein. Would have been a german hero with all the scientific research he did...but he got pushed out by the racist nazi regime and guess what...he came here to america. Europe will be missing out if they try to limit themselves to an ethnicity or race, rathet than a culture that can be adopted by anyone regardless of skin color.
