That was for me also normal(2-3 times a week) until someone told me that it is pretty normal to only change once a week and if it is a new one to not change it for a whole month because washing it to much will ruin it. The difference is though I buy cheap ones from around 40-60€ while they spend 200-300 € and oh if it smells bad some dare to put the pants in the fridge so the bacteria who produce the smell get killed..

Depends on how often I wear 'em out.
If it's only work home, then it's once a week. My job don't get my pants dirty :)
Otherwise, if it gets dirty, change right away.
