What is the brown gooey stuff?

My prediction threads:

Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)

PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)

Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right

Halo 4 first 9 weeks sales prediction

the "brown" stuff on the right isn't brown but the light wasn't good. it's german red cabbage. i have no clue if you know this in america but i believe you have red cabbage there as well but maybe you don't eat it like this there. if i put red cabbage on google i get "german" very often as hit.
