don't know if you amreicans know it, it's from turkey and very popular here in germany but we eat it a little bit different than they do in turkey. the different "styles" are on wiki:

i did edit my post. theres a wiki link you can read about it there. it's most sold fast food in germany even before hamburgers and so on.
