I know it kills me. Since the 64 was my most favorite console! I still collect games for it and play it everyday. But each time I go to my front page to edit it my computer firefox program freezes up! I guess there is just too much content.  In fact I hate it so much I may re-download google chrome just to see if I can get in there with that and fix it.

It's now official that the Wii U is underpowered.  The original X-Box is capable of more than that.

I believe that is the video of the PC version. I hope that as the game and other games get closer to launch they will have more polish to them. Right now, Nintendo is offering up next to nothing about the Wii U. So other than some 3rd party developers and some disgruntled Nintendo workers we seem to get very little information!

As far as I understand, Wii U will be about 50% more powerful than the PS360 - if the rumoured specs are to be believed...

The rumors are wrong. It won't be 50% more powerful. I'm pretty sure Nintendo said something about this.

I doubt it wouldn't look better than the PC but it will, most likely, have better graphics than the X360.

Sengoku Tactics arrives on Japanese DSiWare this week

AMZY is publishing an interesting-looking DSiWare title in Japan this week. The game is Sengoku Tactics, a real-time strategy game set in the year 202XX.

Here’s what we know about Sengoku Tactics thus far:

- Takes place in the year 202XX
- Control the descendants of famous Sengoku era heroes
- Includes Tokugawa and Nobunaga
- Order your units around on the battlefield (touch screen)
- Unleash special attacks on your foes
- Steal resources
- Customize your army with weapons and other items
- Single-player game
- Face off against a friend by exchanging codes that recreate your army

Sengoku Tactics will be available on January 25 for 500 points.

Longtime Nintendo employee passes away

Now for some sad news!

One of Nintendo’s longest serving staff members has passed.

Nintendo has announced today that Nobuo Nagai, Senior Managing Director and Representative Director at Nintendo Japan has passed away. Up until the time of his death which was yesterday, he was the Senior Managing Director and Representative Director at Nintendo Japan.

Mr Nagai had been working at Nintendo since 1976, just short of 36 years, an amazing feat for anyone. In 2000 he become a Director at the company, and then a Managing Director in 2002. Just two years later he moved to Senior Managing Director and Representative Director roles. The names of the roles are very vague, however it means he was in charge of the division that develops handhelds. The Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, DS Lite, DSi and 3DS—he would have been the man in charge of all of them.

There isn’t too much press about Mr Nagai; he seemed to be a shy person with his name only mentioned by President Satoru Iwata a few times. It really isn’t too shocking; not every director of every company is in the spotlight.

Nobuo Nagai passed away aged 66. It’s sad to say we don’t know much about his work, but if he was in charge of the handheld division then we kind of know what his work resulted in and that’s some good work.

Wow that man is awesome! I hope I can be like him one day. :)

Paul Gale has shared that Rocksteady, the developers of Batman: Arkham City, may be working on a new game known as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Manhattan Crisis. This will supposedly be a darker take on the TMNT franchise and will share similarities (such as combat) with theBatman games, but there will be comedic elements between the TMNT and other notable characters.

All the TMNT are meant to be playable and will have their signature weapons and own move sets. There are also flashbacks where you play as Master Splinter/Hamato Yoshi.

This is a rumor, though. Paul Gale is quite clear that nothing may come of this. But it's a great idea and if it does exist, it's coming to the PS3, Wii U, and X360.

where did they say that? I haven't seen any statement made på Big N about the Wii U's specs... All I hope for is that it'll be more powerful than PS360, and not just by 25% or something like that... I'd like it to be at least 50% stronger!
