Because the DS is this generation's legacy platform in Japan?

I meant that the DS was so popular in Japan, that games can continue to come out for it and sell well into the 8th generation, ala the PS2. Hence, why a new DS game was at #6 in this week's Japan charts.

seems like a very interesting, definitely one to buy, BUT

what a huge and terrible dissapointment, I mean come on, another spin-off, and for Ds!? everyone wants to see a classic Pokemon on good graphics and 3D, and they just keep on announcing lot of spin-offs, and this one is not even for 3DS

This is a pretty cool step for the Pokemon franchise - they've always been willing to do spinoffs but this is quite a radical one.

I look on with interest =P

well i never saw this one coming! never heard of the other title until now. must be a japan game though so we might never get this here
