My personal favorite is the Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War intro.

It looks and sounds a lot better when actually viewed while opening the game of course, but even on You Tube it is great!

Final Fantasy VII is probably my favorite. For the time, it looks really good, and when I first saw it, I said WOW. Then I got to the game, and i thought of legos. But it was still a great game.
Resident Evil (PS) has the funniest intro ever. Full motion video is well used here.
