The best reason is that the Wii is trolling "Hardcore" gamers since 2006.

I like it because it is the only home console this generation which caters mainly to normal people - and not pretentious power-nerds who think they're somehow an elite-hardcore-d00d because they spend nearly their entire lives sitting down growing fat and pimply.

I guess PS3 partially doesn't, but it is WAY more a nerd console than the PS2 or PSX were.

and the only reason it has slow down lately is because Nintendo is so above the other 3rd parties, and 3rd parties do not have the creation it takes to develop great Wii games (altough there have been some excellent ones)

Mario Galaxy 1/2, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario Kart, Zelda TP and SS, Mario Bros. Wii and even Wii Sports make Wii the best console of the generation

maybe it hasn't got huge 3rd party softwares sales like the HD games, but Xbox360/Ps3 have no game that gets even close to 30m seller Mario Kart Wii for example, which of course uses motion controls

That is what Nintendo created this generation,  frustrated kids who wished they didn't catched into the Wii hype but got an X360/PS3 =p.  No happy console owner would write what Jumpin wrote...

It's because of idiots who write shit like this that the Wii is ridiculed and mocked.

It does save money, seeing as it has been lacking in quality games this year and the past 2 as well.
