I'This and Megaman Legends 3 were the reason I was going to pick up a 3DS. Why does Nintendo hate my money so much?

What? Nintendo didn't make Capcom do these things.

They are still trying to pull that on us, even though the PSP turned around when it stopped trying to do that. And despite what some might think, avoiding that was a major part of the why the Gameboy systems were hits. This is a stupid strategy, because it was already proven stupid just over 5 years ago. |
One hundred time this. The Nintendo DS was succesful because it started to have gaming experiences suited for handhelds (Profesor Layton, brain age, 2d Mario, Phoenix wright games, puzzle quest). When developers try to make console games on handhelds, something bad happens.

There are exceptions, but those tend to be games that can be pickup and play on either handhelds or home systems (like the Final Fantasy III and FF IV remakes on the DS, and many of the games ported to the Gameboy systems).

well if it is a good game in the end then it deserves the price.

What a bunch of baloney.. it has 20 hours of gameplay and some pretty CGI cutscenes so that warrants it being $10 more? By that logic, Ocarina of Time 3D should be the same price as new 360 / PS3 games... $60.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the same Capcom that managed to cram 2 CDs worth of gameplay and cutscenes into one N64 cart (the largest yet in terms of memory capacity too) with the port of RE2, and still sell it for the standard $59.99 retail price, is it not?

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
