Even if true, this is going to be only for a few games. Mostly the HUGE ones, like Uncharted. And I'm sure Sony will have a bundle with Uncharted and a 4GB or larger memory card, so no big deal.

Well their was never nothing that said otherwise. What they did say was that SOME games won't require a memory card.

People are still forgeting that these are japanese prices.

Why are people complaining, Are the cards that expensive( To lazy to research)

They are pretty expensive, somewhat disappointed in this news. Namely if Uncharted will use it, as that was going to be a first game. I guess I will try and hold off my purchase of a month, until I can get cheap cards used. 

Really? Since when memory cards became so expensive?

Anyways all games should allow you to save on the gamecart itself. This news sounds weird because this would be the first time a system uses gamecarts but still needs an extra memcard to simply save your game.

EDIT: You know come to think of it, this is first time sony will be using carts for games
