It's still possible that the price drop will influence the holiday season sales.

I can imagine some higher numbers even months after the price cut.

But they could have done the price cut just before holiday season, so there's still some truth in your calculation.

Very happy with 3DS sales, PS3 is below my expectations but IMO very respectable nonetheless and Wii is disapointing IMO. Not much else to say until software.

PS3 still seeing some nice strong sales, should be down a little next week though.

3DS doing pretty awesome, and nice to see it get a shot of life back into it, that dual analog add on though I still can't quite get over.........it looks terrifying

360 doing fantastic in NA, decent in EMEAA, and just downright horrid in Japan. Should take the lead in sales however on September 20th when Gears 3 drops, from that point on will be an interesting battle between PS3 and the 360

Wii is just pretty much done pushing its huge hardware numbers, still though was a HIGHLY successful and profitable console for Nintendo.

I'll comment more when software pops up
