NO GANON????!!! This is exciting news haha

The thing that wins about this post is that I read it in the same exact way that the Happy Mask Salesman would say it lol.

Very nice read. This game sounds and plays amazing. (Lord) Ghirahim looks more badass than Ganondorf in Twilight Princess, and the first battle against him seems more difficult than both completly TWW and TP .

Oh, btw, heres the battle with Ghirahim. The music is stunning:
Link vs Lord Ghirahim

It cracks me up that GAF calls him Lord Debbie.

Well, to be fair, this comes from Zelda Universe. Anyway, here's the official Lord Debbie Ghirahim Video.

Awesome

How is a big world bad?

Sounds awesome!

It can be if your acces to this world is restricted through "holes in the sky" or by making it impossible to go from one point of the map to another without having to go to the sky first.

Anyway, Aonuma says that the game is so big that neither him nor Miyamoto have been able to fully explore it yet, so even if the world bellow is not that big it will be full of content.

Please excuse my bad English.

Former gaming PC: i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Current gaming PC: R5-7600, 32GB RAM 6000MT/s (CL30) and a RX 9060XT 16GB

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

This reminds me that this is how they want to make The Wind Waker. Also, this will be the first 3D Zelda on home consoles made with time and anything Nintendo wants to do.

Well, as you know Ocarina of Time has a long development (5 years or so). It's a great game, but, they didn't put everything they wanted:

  • They wanted you to interact with NPC's according to the time (like Clock Town in Majora's Mask).
  • Also, masks could have played a bigger role in the game, but they choose to push for Zelda Gaiden (Majora's Mask).

That's why Majora's Mask has a very short development, almost everything was done before.

About The Wind Waker, they released before was finished, so they can't finish Hyrule like it should be:

  • The sunken Hyrule must be explored
  • Earth and Wind Temples should be on Hyrule with other two more (probably North, South, East, West locations)
  • Triforce quest was different

Finally, Twilight Princess was just a fan service.

Oh I see what you mean now.

I remember when I went under water and saw Hyrule I thought I was going to explore that world as well but it was only the castle :P

I think OoT got a shorter time than 5 years. More like 3-4 as I’ve read before but I might have confused it with another Zelda..

Anyway I can’t wait to play this game just to find out how things work and hopefully be happy with it.

Lol the other thing that I’m thinking about is how long we have to wait for Zelda Wii U :P

I guess I’ll be 33 or something before it comes out :P

tehehe

Hopes not if they are doing all the changes they should. Maybe Skyward Sword is the new base for the future games, like Ocarina was. So this could end on shorter development cycles.

*fingers crossed*
