looks like elgrancabeza got pwned big time...

OT: it's a day one for me as well

Show me 3 (three) trailers of big 3rd party games for NGP and I'll change my signature to "I got PWNED".

funny how you quote the only person who didn't directly quote you...

anyway you got me there, I can't produce 3rd party title trailers but it already been comfirmed that theire 80 games in development for the PSV(minus about 10 from Sony's first party title) just google it after for read this

Bioshock for the PSV was announced, Street fighter X tekken was announced with gameplay, and Call of duty has already been announced. now couple that with the devs working on the PSV

http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/06/here-is-a-list-of-your-playstation-vita-developers/

you have a shitload of content coming to the PSV

Any company can claim x amount of games are in development. The fact is that Vita lacked third party showing at E3, sure we might see some later in form of trailers, etc. How many of those are of quality has to be seen.

hey I'm just reporting the news as it comes, we don't have any in sight so  we have to take what come to us(with a grain of salt) no ones asking you to believe it

like I said before atleast we have some confirnmation of atleast Bioshock PSV, Street X Tekken, and Call of duty of the PSV which are high profile games(or atleast from high profile companies) and if we can include first party dev you have uncharted, killzone, resistance, lbp, mnr, all which are million seller franchises(night sure about mnr)

E3 is not a big game show?

In the past the bigger one.

Today smaller than TGS and Gamescon.

No way is E3 smaller than TGS or Gamescon. C'mon!!!!!

About Gamescon it's not me talking... it's Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, Ubisoft, EA, Warner Bros, Take-Two, Namco Bandai, Konami, Bethesda, Sega, Capcom and more... GC just become bigger than E3.

And the TGS was always bigger (I guess).

Hold on, I have a serious question.

Which one of the PSV games shown tonight will actually be a system SELLER this holiday season? Sure, some of the names fare well on consoles, but what will actually push this bad boy besides its good price?

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

Savior...

Im guessing they will use LBP as the main force to push it. Its a big enough name for a launch and it shows the systems unique capabilities quite well... Cant do much worse than the 3DS launch games

Gamescon has more exhibitors  and visitors than E3... fast comparison:

Gamescon 2010: 505 exhibitors and 254,000 visitors.
E3 2010: over 120 exhibitors and 45,000 visitors.

The diffirence is so HUGE... the question is when E3 was bigger than GC? I guess when there were no GC.

Price cuts and others stuffs is announced in GC... not in E3... more games is showed at GC too.

Seeing as how there were no system sellers for the 3DS on launch and currently there are still no system sellers for the 3DS (weekly sales charts available to everyone who disagrees here), I'm not sure this is really an issue if the question is which piece of hardware is going to post better numbers over the holidays.

Price really doesn't seem to be an issue anymore, even with a presumed MSRP of $199 for the 3DS this year.

That being said, a definitive launch release list of games would be useful unless SCE really is just planning on selling their new uber handheld with no supporting software and a whole lot of "TBA" titles.

Gamescon is open to public, E3 is not, E3 has always been the defacto, go to game show.

LBP? Look at what happened to it on the PSP the first time.

22
LittleBigPlanet (PSP)
Sony Computer Entertainment, Platform
0.47 0.01 1.14 1.63

It was not even part of the Top 20 Best-selling PSP games this generation. On the Playstation 3, LBP1 sold about 4.5 million with LOTS of bundling and promotion, while LBP2 has been out around 4 months and managed 1.3m. It will struggle to reach 2.5 million especially without bundling. I would not bank on this series being what sells the Vita.

wow nice bombshell sony!! $299 sku for me!!!
