5 hours is just way too long. what are they thinking? it's not going to be an effective presentation. :S

Maybe they'll announce the end of production for PS2 and donate an hour to show montages of old PS2 games and talk about sales figures. (which would be incredibly boring) But balloons will drop and they'll have a big send off for PS2.
Then announce PS2 B/C in the newly designed, more slim 500gb $199.99 PS3......okay wishful thinking but awe well.
people will be bored in half that time...
i'll probably get bored around the half hour mark, personally.

Considering only about 30min of most of these conferences are interesting this seems like a horrible idea.
I agree with others that this can't be what it reads like ie. a 5 hour presentation. That would be nuts.
I am under the impression that it is like others in this thread have stated:
First 2 hours: Actual Press Conference
Last 3 hours: NGP time, some hands on with some games and developer interviews, it makes sense and 3DS did it last year, or maybe Sony is just including it to make Microsoft and Nintendo intimidated :P
NGP(2 hr)
PSP/PS2 (20 mins)
PS3 (2 hr)
PSN( 40 mins)
conf could prob be 3hrs, next 2 hrs being an extra press event..
NGP(1 hr)
PSP/PS2(20mins)
PS3(1Hr)
PSN(40mins)
^^^^likely
last year it was(estimated)
PSP/PS2(20mins)
PS3(1 hr 10mins)
PSN(30mins)
