I am under the impression that it is like others in this thread have stated:
First 2 hours: Actual Press Conference
Last 3 hours: NGP time, some hands on with some games and developer interviews, it makes sense and 3DS did it last year, or maybe Sony is just including it to make Microsoft and Nintendo intimidated :P
