I pretty much agree with the bald guy...the US government does need to stop wasting money. And I don't think video games should get any federal funding.

Love when poeple use the excuse "it'll create jobs" If the US government gave me 20 million dollar I'd start a business and create jobs too.

Why does tax payer money need to go to funding video game projects? Does the government have to hold everyones hand these days?

The national endowment for the arts doesn't fund ping-pong players because the ping pong players that deserve recognition get recognition and funding from corporations.

The grants are for making educational games. And yet they pick an example like CoD from which to frame the argument. Fox is just spin, baby, spin.

Kids love video games. Sorry, bald man. Video games that can teach is a good idea. I learned tons of historical leaders names, landmarks, places, vocabulary and grammar from Civilization II, as well as planning, and other important skills.

It's amazing what qualifies as a news show across the pond.
