I think there are both types of gay out there. The ones that are born that way, and the ones that choose it for some unknown reason (maybe because they dress do damn nice?).

Edit:  Also, being gay is more or less a combination of nature and nurture. Sometime more of one than the other, or vice versa. Either way it really doesn't matter if somone is gay or not.

I would like to point out however that humans are sexual animals. Furthermore, I would venture to guess that the whole "sexual attraction" deal was evolved by sexual animals to facilitate reproduction. That said, I wouldnt classify homosexuality quite as "normal" given the fact it does anything but facilitate reproduction, and in fact it flies in the face of one of the 2 basic intincts that all animals have, reproduction and survival.  That said I have to re-iterate that this applies strictly to "gay" and not the people who sometimes have gay experiences, but also have straight ones.
