Actually it is hurting sony indirectly. For example one of my friend who finally got time off was really annoyed, and now is more focused on PC gaming. Which means in the future he will purchase more PC software, because he had a bad experience.

Yes it's hurting Sony but it's hurting us more, supposedly the people they are meant to be "fighting for."

I'm upset yes, but not at Sony.
