my prediction :
- ps3 will pick up and 360 significantly decline except in USA where is will sell on par with ps3 most of the year. Ps3 will still struggle before critcal mass of hits around mid-08
- wii will own 90% of ww sales but will finish the way flat.
- PSP will continue to sell as a good mediaplayer
- God of War 3 and new footage of Killzone 2 will rock E3 this year, along with a brand new FFXIII trailer based on ingame footage.
- Nintendo will reveal a new peripheral, but not as mass market as wiifit or the wiimote.
- 360 will be erased from the land of the rising sun
- take 2 will be bought, either by Ubisoft or by Activision.
- Konami will face tremendous financial problem as not able to deliver in oct 08 THE PES version fans have been waiting for.

1: Wii 2008: 27 million, (accumulated total 45.5 million)

2: Wii will catch X360 in America at the end of February.

3: End of 2008: #1 Wii, #2 X360 (26m), #3 PS3 (17m), as usual.

The Wii will continue to dominate.

 The 360 will make it tougher for the PS3 to catch up as the first quarter has a few exclusive titles that will move consoles (Ninja Gaiden II).

 MGS4 won't be as big a seller as Konami and Sony think.

 The PS2 will be discontinued sometime towards middle or end of 2008.

Wii domination ends after febraury.

PS2 will NEVER be discontinued, and we will see a $129.99 X360.

I don't believe that. Successful consoles live long time. I think the PS2 will not be dicontinued before 2010.

 Exactly what do you mean? That Wii won't be number one in world wide weekly console sales in March?
