The reporters are no different that the majority of the user base of this site. Almost everyone has a little fanboy in his heart.

I stopped reading after the "Kinect kills old 360s" or whatever it was titled. Hilariously bad put together article.

The thing is, the guys writing news shouldn't act like fanboys. Or if they act that way, they should do it on the forums or something - somewhere else than their so-called news.

Everyone on the news team is male, and we all have gaming preferences, so yes, we are all fanboys.

Seriously, though, take up problems with the writer personally. We're not all like that.

There are unfortunately articles like this on VGC, and too many for my tastes. Couple that with all the late news and VGC doesn't always feel like a relevant news site...

You guys are a company and what one person does will reflect on the rest of you guys. You guys should keep him/fanboys in check. And even if you are all fanboys, as journalist you are supposed to put that aside and present an unbiased article. If you want to show your bias label it as such (an editorial).

No, they just have terrible writers. No worse than many other sites, but the bar is not high.
