Seems like Captain Blood was announced around the same time as Killzone 2. I doubt it will ever see the light of day. Ditto with I Am Alive.

Gray Matter was already released in Germany on PC/360 last November and I think in France as well (afaik the game was funded by a German publisher and developed by a French company). Here are the aggregated scores of reviews by German gaming media. If Gray Matter wasn't designed by Jane Jensen, most English speaking media wouldn't even mention the game, let alone put it on a list of "overlooked" games.

From that list I'll definitely get Journey and most probably Catherine and El Shaddai.

From Dust is another interesting 2011 game that's widely overlooked imo, at least far more than the next Socom or Silent Hill.

Overlooked is generally a term used for games that were good but didn't particularly sell well.

Perhaps more people will look at these games when you can actually purchase them.

I Am Alive is not overlooked at all. It's just forgotten because its development was put on hold and then silently Ubisoft announced that they started re-working on it. They have kept information to a minimum on purpose.

Once they start pumping out preview trailers for I Am Alive hype will be big. It has a great concept.
