Gray Matter was already released in Germany on PC/360 last November and I think in France as well (afaik the game was funded by a German publisher and developed by a French company). Here are the aggregated scores of reviews by German gaming media. If Gray Matter wasn't designed by Jane Jensen, most English speaking media wouldn't even mention the game, let alone put it on a list of "overlooked" games.
From that list I'll definitely get Journey and most probably Catherine and El Shaddai.
From Dust is another interesting 2011 game that's widely overlooked imo, at least far more than the next Socom or Silent Hill.
