it's funny you say that. i'd fire the people responsible for the abysmal failure rate. Which ties directly into marketing, business planning and quality perception.

I'm not japanese nor do I live in europe, but i go with what i know to be good. For example, I will only buy japanese cars. That's all i've ever owned and they've good to me so why would i even consider something else? same idea for game consoles.

 i think it goes beyond being an american company. better quality perception and games might help.

I agree with the quality perceptions, even though its been addressed and corrected with the new units and 3 year warranty. Again, I believe its a failure in the management to not have addressed that to their customers.

Oh and your wrong on the games department, the 360 has a higher quality and more diverse library then the other 2 systems.

NA buys alot xboxes, cause it's made from an NA company.

Wrong... for the simple fact that the NA company is Microsoft. No one likes Microsoft, even MS knows that no one likes Microsoft. Look at the 360 boxes, you won't find the word Microsoft other then in small print on the back. And let's not forget that 99% of us in NA where raised on Japanese consoles.

You misunderstood him, he meant going back to 18% share... also your comment doesn't add up. 

Sony will go back to 18% if their sell ratio for NA and Japan is less then 0.9:5 against Nin and MS combined. 

Example - Sony NA/Japan Sells 500k combined, then Wii+360 would need to sell 2,770k for Sony to go back to 18% (18.8% to be exact)

I live in Europe, Finland actually. And I can say that people here don't really like american products. And people here don't like Microsoft. Sony is very respected and loved company here, and many other parts of Europe also. And cause many X360's have bad hardware problems, that's preventing people even more of buying it.  I've had 360 since launch, and it's been 3 times in repair.

Time will tell, but I believe that PS3 is gonna win this console-war in Europe once the price has gone down and when there are more quality games for it.

I don't bother listing my last-gen games (PS2, Xbox, GC) to my collection cause there's too many of them. ;)

Or you just don't care about Blu-ray. You know, there are loads of us who don't care about this HD format war. I have yet to buy one Blu-ray movie and I doubt I will any time soon. I only care about the games and the 360 has the PS3 beat right now. I hardly even consider buying PS3 games, I Gamefly them all while my 360 gets a new game on a monthly basis.

I don't see that happening. I think both consoles will get a big spike, but it will be larger on the PS3 in comparison the 360. Even though I have both consoles, I'll pick up the PS3 version of GTA4.

Personally as a PS3 only owner of the 2, the DLC doesnt make a big difference. The exclusive episodes arent really important.
