2010 Wii sold 18,744,733

In 2011 Wii so far is YoY down 417,928 after 2 weeks. 

So I ask again when will the Wii start turning it around so it can end up 3.5 million YoY like the OP predicts?

Its been 2 weeks chill out, there are still 51 weeks left in 2011.

When Wii sales dropped last year it will remain stable this year due to big games...one of them coming in less than a month.(Mario Sports Mix)

A Price Cut to $150 like I predict will boost Wii sales a ton and Vitality Sensor will be a huge hit.

So first nugget of information for this week.  MediaCreate for week ending January 16th is down 60% YoY for the Wii.  Will update with EMEAA and Americas numbers, but expect the Wii to continue its downward trend of over 20% YoY.

That is a drop of 501,587 in just 3 weeks.

So when is something going to happen to change this? 

I predict that it will hit a 100m by christmas, but as far as hitting 105m I don't think it will happen

when some new games are released?

I think the wii will outsell the Playstation this year , and software total will outsell the ds because

1.Zelda and new wii series out in march

2.Every 3ds game exluding major maroi games and pokemon games will be released on wii

3.Silver color wii will be released in summer

4. A new sensor stronger than kinect will be realesed around november I dont think they need it though

nah not possible wii can't get to 105 ml this year

Its possible, only needs 20.2 million, it will take some effort, but its not a certainty

I dont think it will reach 105 million though 103 millio is what it will most likely reach this is off topic but the ds psp are going to have huge drops in sales this year
