Lol we all know PS2 is heavily undertracked at VGC, DS won't be king this year.

Those upgrades don't have a big influence on the games that can be played on the previous model, thus it makes not much of a difference for the average gamer which model he/she owns.

My PS2 example didn't seem to do anything to change your opinion, so let me ask you a question: The earliest PS3 models had the ability to play all PS2 games while later models removed PS2 BC altogether. Should the early PS3 sales now be counted seperately or is the difference negligible?

I've already said it many many times but I personally don't think comparing a handheld to a home console is wise.

Most families buy a DS for every one of their child.

And the price is something to consider as well.

Whether the DS is a console or not matters little. But it is a handheld.

But anyway we all know Apple will soon take the crown with the iPod touch/iPhone. That's not cool though. Even I have a iPod touch and I didn't even want one.

Handheld are consoles too they are just portable and its the same deal for the DS yes yuo can own more than one but can't you do that with consoles I have more than 1 Wii so what are you talking about
