I dont get it :p surely CoD: BO sold more than 45k First day. But im really curious to see its EU performance.. it seems to be epic!

Like I said above, I'd wait till we have a better translated word straight from Sony before trying to interpret this. As was pointed out 45k preorders doesn't seem to make much sense if it's 'record breaking'. Unless Italians are disinclined to preorder games in general.

before launch Sony said building hype might be important but it's not everything

The marketing  will start soon I believe , pre-orders isn't that important

Don't put more effor in this , many people just won't get it , buy the game and enjoy :D

Ah-ehm this is the most preordered game ever in Italy, more than PES or FIFA 11 , which made 2.6 million in NA and Europe alone first week. We don't know the preorders/first week sales ratio...
