With both GT5 and Tales of Graces PS3 should have a very solid holiday in Japan this year, however it won't be enough to offset the Kinect boost in the Americas.

Not that it will matter much though, since PS3 is certain to finish above X360 this year Worldwide.

100k is quite possible with GT5 release. I think it will overcome the difference not cancel it out!

Actually PS3 has sold more software worldwide than X360 if you align the launches. It seems that this myth that X360 sells a lot more software compared to PS3 is still alive and kicking.

but if you look at the total sales the PS3 sold 5.76 in Japan and the 360 sold 1.41 difference = 4.35

and in America the 360 sold 25.71 and the PS3 sold 15.94 difference = 9.77
