Looks like Sony won they stuck to their guns giving the best core games rather spending their entire show pandering to the nongamers that never showed any interest in their console before, and they showed the types of games we should be playing in 2010 instead of ones that were getting old in 1995.

Team Ico collection will be reveal tonight.

I think you lot saying nintendo's was the best have lost it.  I guess it's all just personal opinion with regards to games, but on a presentation level the fact that sony could properly demonstrate move, live, while nintendo failed and microsoft's kinect i'm pretty sure wasn't live demo's speaks volumes to me.

Honestly move is looking like the best of the motion controls by far after this.

Oh and comeon surely im not the only one who thought microsoft's presentors were wayyyy to camp and nintendo wasn't much better.

Good on sony for gettin up there and just talking to us like we are normal people and not having silly gimicks.

Look at how much content we just seen! Don't let boringness get in the way of what was announced.

Damn I hope KZ3 can be used with Move online.

Basically they showed some nice stuff, but next time cut all the unnecessary talking, I don't need to watch MoH again, I want to see Motorstorm and Resistance! I want to see more of that Move heroes thing with Ratchet and Jak

Holy crap Jaffee...could this game mode be any more complex?

HA! I was thinking the same thing. I love car combat, but that is an extremely complicated premise to explain to everyone. The game is starting to take on a bit of Warhawk it seems.

I don't think there is anywhere left to go with car combat as a standalone game. I mean, sandbox games already do have car combat, some of them pretty sweet combat (prototype).

I guess his thinking is that complex game modes = next gen car combat game

What was the first thing I had to do?

It's not really all that complicated. It just took a ton of explanation to set up the scenario, because it's overly complex. It's essentially capture the flag. You find the faction leader and steal him. You bring him to your yellow area and it starts the countdown for your rocket launcher to go off and blow up the other faction's flying statue. While the rocket launcher is prepping, you need to to keep the enemy leader in your yellow area. The premise is just needlessly complicated, but the mechanics for getting it done are pretty straight forward.

Sony was good but should have straightened out its priorities. They should have cut some of the waste and given us Agent and the Last Guardian. But Twisted metal looks so good its hard to complain.

Time for hype

To me, the only true highlights was Parasite Eve: 3rd Birthday and GT5's release date and Day to Night transition confirmation.

That's Nintendo for ya, always holding everything close to the chest. Heck, even the 3DS annoucement was very out of place for them.

As for Sony, I really don't know why they shot themselves in the foot like that. Could you imagine if LPB2, inFamous 2, and KillZone 3 were announced right then and there with Twisted Metal. It would have been nuts. *shrugs* It will definitely me a mystery to me for why they decided to do what they did with those announcements.
