Rumour – Natal to be formally called “Wave”

NATAL is teh cool 49 28.82%

WAVE is teh awesome 32 18.82%

Meh! Don't care 75 44.12%

Never been intto motion controls! 14 8.24%

Total:170

Pretty stupid to change the name now in that advanced development stadium.
Everybody knows this as Natal (which I think is also the waaay better name), so why change it ?

Want it to be called this, solely so we can all call it MicroWave like Rainbird said.

Honestly Wave stinks as a name. So anonymous and extremely generic just like Move, although "Move" is clearly better than "Wave". Natal was a great name, and it would have worked among the casuals too.

I hope it's just a rumour.

Odd that they would use Wave since they already use it for something:

Wave vs Move

I like it.

You made me literally lol with the quoted part!

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

Wave is an infinitely better name than Natal guys. Don't kid yourselves. We're all just used to the code-name.

I agree completely.

The word 'wave' is associated with motion, fun on the beach, and friendly greetings.

The word 'natal' is associated with a fetus slowly gestating in a womb, or a variety of geographical locations.

How anybody could think that giving birth would sell more videogames than surfing is beyond me.
